Through the Archway offers vocational rehabilitation services through the Pathways2Work program. Our residences will receive personalized attention from a career expert who will use exploratory questions to best understand career objectives and work toward meeting them.

Doctors United Group (DUG Health)
Our partnership with Doctors United Group (DUG Health) helps our residents who are diagnosed or living with HIV/AIDS/STDs by providing services for their well-being and comfort such as testing and personalized treatment.

Dr. K. Bloom, Ph.D., LCSW, ACHT, CST
Transformational Therapist
Dr. K. Bloom, Ph.D., LCSW, ACHT, CST is an exceptional transformational therapist and thought leader who brings a world of heart and experience to our community. She is a certified sex therapist, hypnotherapist, trauma therapist, and Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 20 years of experience and partners with another Clinical Sexologist to provide a Ph.D. program and Certificate program in Clinical Sexology.
She has been featured in Cosmo magazine, on TV and in the news as an expert on relationships and sexuality along with substance use recovery. She has written 2 books and has spoken internationally on these topics. She has a private practice in Ft. Lauderdale.

Laurie Kupersmith MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CARN-AP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Laurie Kupersmith MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CARN-AP has provided care for persons with addiction and mental health concerns for 24 years in numerous settings with 19 years of specialty in emergency care and 5 years in the inpatient addiction treatment. Laurie is passionate about treating mental health disorders and maximizing optimal functioning by integrating the 12 step programs’ philosophy, the importance of spiritual connectedness, self care and medication management.

Dina Sagarese-Coleman, LMFT
Family Therapist
Dina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida with over 20 years of experience that she brings to Beachway Therapy Center as the Family Therapist. Dina holds a Bachelors Degree from St. Joseph’s College in New York specializing in Early Education and a Masters Degree of Science from Nova South Eastern University; Marriage and Family Therapy. Upon graduating from St. Joseph’s college Dina relocated to South Florida. During her years as the owner of the Davie Play School Dina decided to obtain a Master’s Degree. This would enable her to transition her knowledge of human development/teaching into the field of therapy with a concentration in family systems, children/adolescents, and drug/ alcohol addiction. She has provided therapy in a range of different treatment settings over the past 18 years.
